These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thermo HVAC Services website and the HVAC services we provide. By using our Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Thermo HVAC Services provides residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning services in Los Angeles County, California. All work is performed by licensed technicians in accordance with the California Contractors State License Board.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change if additional work is required and will always be discussed with you before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing has been arranged in advance. We accept credit cards, checks and ACH transfers. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of service. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 5 to 10 years. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or acts of nature.
Service appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled arrival window at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a small trip fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
